IT Support / PC Doctor Service

We offer IT support to business and domestic customers, principally (but not exclusively) in the Taunton Deane area - Bridgewater, Taunton, Wellington, Tiverton. This service is subject to a callout charge and hourly service charge. The services we offer include:

• Diagnosis and repair of faulty computers, components and peripherals
• Virus and spyware cleanup/recovery
• Computer optimisation service for slow-running computers
• Recommend and supply new hardware / software

Internet Access (Broadband and Dialup)

SwiftTec are here to help you get connected to the internet, through broadband, dialup or other means. The best way we can help you is for you to contact us so that we can discuss your requirements, and from that provide you with the best solution.

• Internet access method selection (ADSL, SDSL, dialup, ISDN, cable, other)
• Internet provider selection
• Internet and phone package selection
• Internet access hardware selection

If you wish to investigate internet access further for yourself SwiftTec recommends that you consider PlusNet as a broadband provider for both dialup and ADSL.

New Computer Hardware and Peripherals

We advise on and supply computer systems and related peripherals including:

• New computer systems (Laptops, desktop and servers) with optional software installation service
• Custom computer systems
• PC Components (video cards, interface cards, power supplies, disks, etc) with optional installation service
• Peripheral (printers, scanners, monitors, etc)
• Networking hardware (hubs, switches, modems, etc)
• And much, much, more.

Rather than keep a large stock of hardware in-house which we then "have to sell" we buy in hardware as required by our customers to match their requirements and provide an installation service for customers in our region.
