Remote Support Services

At the beginning of 2010 we decided to extend our support options to supply an internet based remote support service. This allows us to connect to computers anywhere in the world that have an internet connection. We can use this to help solve a range of problems ranging from virus removal to document support.

Is it safe?

The remote connection can only be setup with your cooperation. The connection is secure and under your control so you can terminate the connection at any time. We will not be able to re-connect to your computer after the session has ended without your cooperation again, unless you request us to setup Unattended Access.

Unattended Access

Unattended access allows us to connect to your computer when it is turned on without requiring you to be present at the computer. This is typically used by customers who want use to connect regularly to their computers for checks or assistance.

Unattended access can only be setup with your cooperation and you can revoke this at any time.
